Mountain Haven, is a brand new modern farmhouse style luxury cabin nestled in the foothills just outside The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Here, you'll find that no detail has been spared....everything throughout the house has been handpicked with love for each space. No two rooms are alike, each with their own character. With its white wood walls and cathedral ceiling, this 3-level home is light, bright, airy, and welcoming.
The house has 4 King bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 sets of Twin over Queen bunk beds. All 5 bedrooms have an ensuite, smart tv and double doors that open onto a private deck where a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and Smoky Mountains awaits you. If you're looking for romance, relaxation, or just to treat yourself, the electric, remote-controlled fireplaces in the King suites certainly couldn't hurt. There are 7 smart tv's in the house with numerous apps like Youtube TV, Prime, Hulu, Disney, Peacock, Netflix and more. We also have very high speed internet!
Enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the morning sunlight dance throughout the living room from the cathedral windows. In the cooler months, let our beautiful gas fireplace and cozy blankets warm you up. If you'd prefer to get outside, there is ample seating outside on one of our 3 deck levels for you to enjoy the sounds of nature, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and take in some amazing views. This house is perfect for a small or large group getaway, whether it's with family or friends, we've got you covered.
We would love for you to make memories at our dining table with seating for up to 10. It's ready for good food, conversation, debate, board games, and laughs. Additional kitchen bar seating for up to 6 is provided. Grill out and make an evening out of it on our 8 person outdoor dining table with a view.
Our pool table, shuffleboard table, Playstation 4, board gamesand (5) 2-person multicade/arcade's can provide hours (if not days) of entertainment for the kids, including the adult kids. Have you ever played outdoor foosball? Well, you can here (and we highly suggest it). Our luxury hot tub beckons an evening of relaxation, conversation, and laughs with the people you care about most. During the warmer months, you'll have access to 3 different community clubhouses with pools, the nearest only about .25 miles away. You'll also have clubhouse tennis court access year round. NOTE: we take cleaning seriously. The hot tub is completely drained and refilled with very minimal chemicals after each guest!
Bringing babies or toddlers? We understand this adds a level of difficulty and have tried to make it as easy as possible for you. We provide plenty of baby gates, 2 pack n plays and 2 high chairs. We also have white noise machines in every bedroom and a few of the bedrooms have bathtubs.
We are 5 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, less than 10 minutes to the main Pigeon Forge Attractions (~5 miles to Dollywood), and 10-15 minutess to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Our location is perfect for whatever your area plans may be. We look forward to having you!
Worried about parking in the busy downtown Gatlinburg? No need to worry. There is a FREE Gatlinburg Trolley just minutes from the house at the Gatlinburg Welcome Center. Drive your vehicle and park it for free, jump on the trolley and let it drop you off in Gatlinburg. When your done exploring just hop back on and take a short ride back to your vehicle!

A clubhouse pass card is provided. You have access to 3 separate clubhouses, although the pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day and the clubhouses may be closed on the weekends during the off season.
